Regard is an experiment, the first step within a long-time survey of the sites of Southwark - particularly Crossbones Graveyard.

Regard is about sharing my curious process, as I play with how to slow down and arrive fully in a place- offering prompts to connect with the senses while following along. Part walking meditation, part psychogeography tour, this piece is meant to deepen our individual relationships that we can have with urban spaces.
