In the United States, the Department of Motor Vehicles is detested by all types of people- and yet it’s unavoidable! An appointment there is often needed for government-issued IDs, anything related to transport, etc.

So... how to subvert folks’ negative expectations, and have their time at the DMV be converted to a delightful experience?

Cue the performance of the DMV concierge. Showing up and providing a sublime solution...

I’ve done this hijink a few times over the years, until the DMV actually improved with appointments and it didn‘t feel like the hellscape it once was.
